  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: No. You must complete and sign a rental application and pay a non-refundable application Fee, complete a tenant screening and be approved.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: Your security deposit and rent will be separate accounting charges. Upon application approval, we require a non-refundable reservation fee equivalent to your security deposit. Once you pay your rental amount prior to or at move-in, the reservation fee will become your security deposit.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: You can receive an application online.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Whether the owner allows pets will be in the listing.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: You must provide 60 days written notice prior to the expiration of your lease. This can be done through your Tenant Portal.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: It is determined by what is in your lease agreement.
